HANDLING AND APPLICATION\n<\/p>\n

PREPARATION:\n<\/p>\n

VINYL:\n<\/p>\n

1. Clean first with SEM Soap and a gray scuff pad.\n<\/p>\n

2. Rinse with water or wipe soap residue with a clean damp cloth and allow to dry.\n<\/p>\n

3. Clean thoroughly with Vinyl Prep or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner using a clean, damp lint free towel and
\nwiping in one direction.\n<\/p>\n

4. If contamination still exists, water will bead on the surface. Repeat this step until beading no longer occurs.\n<\/p>\n

PLASTIC:\n<\/p>\n

1. Clean first with SEM Soap and a gray scuff pad.\n<\/p>\n

2. Rinse with water or wipe soap residue with a clean damp cloth and allow to dry.\n<\/p>\n

3. Clean with Plastic & Leather Prep or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner. If contamination still exists, water will
\nbead on the surface. Repeat this step until beading no longer occurs.\n<\/p>\n

4. To promote adhesion on ABS, PVC and other similar plastics, apply a medium wet coat of Sand Free. Color
\nCoat should be applied while Sand Free Adhesion Promoter is still wet. As the Sand Free Adhesion
\nPromoter evaporates, the Color Coat is drawn into the surface creating excellent adhesion.
\nOR
\nTo promote adhesion on TPO, EPDM, PP and other similar thermoplastics, use Plastic Adhesion Promoter or
\nXXX Adhesion Promoter.\u00a0<\/p>\n

TECH TIP:
\nIf the type of plastic is unknown, place a drop of Sand Free Adhesion Promoter on the back of the plastic
\nand rub it with your gloved finger. If the plastic smears and melts, use Sand Free Adhesion Promoter for
\nyour adhesion promoter. If Sand Free Adhesion Promoter does not have an effect on the plastic, use Plastic
\nAdhesion Promoter or XXX Adhesion Promoter.\n<\/p>\n

CARPET AND VELOUR:\n<\/p>\n

1. Clean with appropriate carpet or upholstery shampoo to remove excess soil. Allow to dry, then vacuum.\n<\/p>\n

2. Clean with Plastic & Leather Prep. Scrub lightly with a nylon bristle brush to separate the fibers and to remove
